Ted is an experienced real estate development professional with over 30 years of activity in the greater Philadelphia area as both principal and consultant across a wide range of asset classes. He has substantial knowledge and practice with not-for-profit and for-profit clients involving all phases of real estate development and investment with a special emphasis on affordable housing. Current projects include the planned construction of "Frankford House" under PHFA's LIHTC program, a transit oriented development consisting of 44 units of inner city affordable housing for seniors. Also, Ted is a Managing Member of "Frankford Associates LTD," which owns and manages several commercial properties in Frankford.

Leadership responsibilities include asset management; brokerage/marketing services; site location; consulting; acquisition/disposition of real estate for sale of lease; contract and document negotiations; financing; property management; due diligence and feasibility studies; owner/tenant representation; and construction supervision.
